Game Comments: The final quarterfinal match-up pitted the Rockets of Rushville Schuyler Industry against the Panthers of St. Joseph. The two teams battled it out in the first half of play. St. Joseph took a little lead into the second quarter, but the Rockets battled back to cut the lead to 2 going into the locker room at the half.
The second half of play the Panthers outscored the Rockets, but never put it away; allowing the Rockets to keep within 6 points heading into the fourth quarter. The Panthers were golden from the free throw line in the game going 13-16 and in the fourth quarter they were 10-10 from the line sealing the win. The leading scorer for the game was Luke Renfrew with 12 points for St. Joseph.
Congratulations to both teams on a great season. St. Joseph will face Gillespie in the second semi-final game of the night
