Springfield Blessed Sacrament Starters: 0, 10, 12, 23, 15. Brimfield jumped ahead 10-5 and Blessed Sacrament's David Smith hit a jumper in the lane to cut the deficit to 10-7 at the end of the first quarter. The score was tied at 13 and 16 before Brimfield's Dakota Wagner hit one of two free throws with less than a minute left in the half for the 17-16 lead. Brimfield's Brady Westart hit a pair of three-point field goals to give his team leads of 13-7 and 16-13. Blessed Sacrament's Dominic Vespa canned a three-pointer with 1:28 to go in the half to tie the score at 16-16. In the second half, Brimfield went up 20-16 early in the third quarter and pulled away to a 31-22 lead with 4:28 to go in the fourth quarter. Brimfield's Dakota Wagner scored 17 points 6 in the first half and 11 in the second. Wagner sat out most of the second quarter in foul trouble. Teammate Brady Westart made three three-pointers in the first half and added another in the third quarter and finished with 19 points.
