Dominic Vespa hit four of the six and John Wittsman made the other two. In the first half, Springfield Blessed Sacrament broke away from Morris Saratoga with four three-point field goals and one old fashioned three-point play (basket and one free throw)in the second quarter. For the half, the two teams combined for six three-point field goals. For Blessed Sacrament, Dominic Vespa had three treys and John Witsman had two. David Smith got the old fashioned three-point play at the 2:37 mark when he made a rebound basket, was fouled, and hit the free throw. Jeff Perry had the three-point field goal for Morris Saratoga in the second quarter.
