Match Comments: The first match of the 8-4A state volleyball tournament saw the Indians of Channahon take on the Bulldogs of Bolingbrook Brooks. Both teams started with a few jitter, but about halfway through the first rotation, the Indians seemed to find a little groove and they never looked back. The Indians saw strong serving from #28 Olivia Klank and #1 Taylor Baranski. Channahon also had multiple attackers throughout their rotation. They had strong net play by middle hitter #11 Holly Bonde. Congratulations to the Bulldogs of Bolingbrook Brooks on a great season. Channahon will play in the 1:00pm semi-final match today.
