Game Comments: The final game of the night was a thriller. The Little Giants of Canton Ingersoll faced off against the Indians of Minooka. Both teams started off in attack mode on the offensive and defensive ends. Canton Ingersoll got out quickly offensively behind the shooting of Anna Plumer and Cassidy Fawcett who had 6 and 5 points respectively in the first quarter. Minooka stepped up their defensive pressure in the second quarter and this sparked their offense. Kylee Meadows dropped in 6 of her 11 points in the second quarter for the Indians and put them in the lead going in to the break. Minooka kept up their offensive momentum in the third quarter as Savannah Johnson scored 6 points to extend the lead of the Indians. Fawcett picked up the Little Giant offense in the fourth quarter with 2 3-point baskets which tied the game up with a little over a minute left to play. The Indians played solid defense and capitalized on their opportunities at the free-throw line to finish out the game. Cassidy Fawcett finished with 19 points for the Little Giants. Kyle Meadows led the Indians in scoring with 11 points.

Canton Ingersoll will play in the Consolation Game on Thursday at 6:00 p.m.

Minooka will play in the Championship Game on Thursday at 7:30 p.m.
