Game Comments: The Titans of Chatham Glenwood ran their season record to 17-4 with a thrilling 28-24 come-from behind victory over the Dunlap Panthers. Trailing by four after the first quarter, by two at halftime and again by four after three quarters, Glenwood cranked up the defense and outscored Dunlap by eight points in the final stanza to advance to the second semi-final game on Tuesday. Alexa Frank and Courtney Morris came up huge for Glenwood in the fourth quarter. Frank had seven of her 10 points in the final period and Morris made four crucial free throws to help lead the Titans. Dunlap, which closes out their season with a 19-5 record, was led in scoring by Claire Peterson who had 11 points. |
