Match Comments: In the second quarterfinal, the Suns of Augusta Southeastern faced the Bombers of Mt. Olive. The offensive firepower of the Suns seemed to overwhelm the Bombers. Kolby McClelland of Southeastern had 8 kills in the first set including the final kill of the set. The Suns also received an offensive boost from Brittany Twidwell who had 6 consecutive serves in the first set. In the second set, the Suns got out to an early lead behind the strong serving of Madison Fox. McClelland continued to dominate at the net and had 4 kills in the second set. Fox had an ace on the final serve of the match.

Congratulations to the Bombers.

The Suns move on to the semi-finals this afternoon.
