Game Comments: In the final quarterfinal match-up the Shamrocks of Jacksonville Our Saviour took on the Sharpshooters of Sigel St. Michael’s. The Sharpshooters lived up to their name putting 21 points on the board in the first half. #2 Jolene Bueker had 6 of her 11 points in the first half and #32 Leah Jansen added 7 to help give Sigel St. Michael’s a lead they would never relinquish. The Shamrocks made a run in the third quarter, but the lead was too much to overcome. #2 Mallory Martin had 10 points in the game for the Shamrocks.
Congratulations to the Shamrocks on the great season. Sigel St. Michael’s will meet Danville Schlarman in the final semi-final game tonight.
