Game Comments: The first half of the game both teams played tentative until West Lincoln Broadwell settled down and took the early lead. Crescent City kept it close as the Wolverines struggled to get a shot to drop. The first half ended with the Wolverines up by 5 over the Lady Hawks.
The 3rd quarter saw the Lady Hawks settle down and cut the lead to 1 before #5 Kaelyn Froebe converted some key turnovers to easy layups. #20 Gabby Wessels for the Lady Hawks continued to give it all she had, but the pressure defense by the Wolverines were too difficult to overcome.
Congratulations to both teams. West Lincoln Broadwell will play in the 5:00 semi-final game tonight.
