Game Comments: The Championship Game showcased the Flyers of Bartonville Monroe versus the Wildcats of Bourbonnais Maternity BVM. The Wildcats got out to a quick start in the first half behind the scoring of Corinne O'Connor who had scored all of her 8 points in the first half. The Flyers rallied in the second half. They drove hard to the basket and tough on defense. Bailee Dunne kept the Flyers in the game in the second half scoring 8 of her 12 points. The Wildcats turned to Hanna Mitchell in the second half where she scored 9 of her 15 points. Despite troubles at the line, the Wildcats kept their composure and hung on to their lead. Leading scorers for the Flyers were Bailee Dunne with 12 points and Mackenzie Widmer with 8 points. Leading scorers for the Wildcats were Hanna Mitchell with 15 points and Jenna Lawler with 10 points. Congratulations to both team on fantastic seasons.
