| Game Comments: Game 2 was the Knights of Ottawa Marquette versus the Lancers of Decatur Our Lady of Lourdes. The Knights got out to a quick start offensively. Sydnee Stalker of Marquette scored 9 of her 14 points in the first quarter and Kendall Kaufmann of Marquette scored 11 of her 16 points in the first half. In the second half, the Lancers of Our Lady of Lourdes caught fire. Shannen Quehl scored 17 of her 22 points in the second half. This helped the Lancers pull to within 2 points with seconds left on the clock. Unfortunately, the seconds ticked off the clock and the Knights took the win. Congratulations to both teams. Ottawa Marquette moves on to the semi-final game tonight. |
