Game Comments: In the last quarterfinal of the day, the Jaguars of Springfield Jefferson met the Foxes of Yorkville. The Jaguars got out to a quick start offensively behind the shooting of Anton Bevly who scored 7 of his 15 points in the first quarter. The Jaguars also dominated the lane on both ends of the court. That didn't stop Taaj Davis in the first quarter who scored 7 of his 14 points in the first quarter. Taryn Wallace picked up the offense of the Jaguars in the second quarter scoring 12 points. This built the lead of the Jaguars as they went in to the halftime break. It was Bevly in the third quarter for the Jaguars scoring 8 points and extending the lead. Davis struck back offensively for the Foxes dropping in 5 more points. The Jaguars continued to play tough defense throughout the fourth quarter and closed out the game. The Foxes were led by Taaj Davis with 14 points. The Jaguars were led by Anton Bevly with 15 points.
