| Match Comments: The final match of the day saw the Stags of Hartsburg-Emden take on the Falcons of Metamora St. Mary’s. The first set Kills from #15 Emma Olson and #8 Tearaney Eads for the stags and service points from multiple players. The Falcons saw kills from #13 Sara Beth DuBois and #12 Addie Heinzmann. The second set started with #15 serving 14 consecutive points and 4 aces. #9 Savanna Cooling for the Falcons made a little run during her serve, but the deficit that was set by Olson was too much to overcome. The Falcons will play Buckley St. John’s in the third place match on Tuesday night and Hartsburg-Emden will face the Tri-County Titans for a the State Title match. |
