Illinois Wrestling Coaches and Officials Association (IWCOA) to fund 2022 IESA Wrestling State Finals

The IESA has had a rich wrestling tradition and that continues through a generous donation to the IESA Wrestling activity. The awards presented at the 2022 IESA Wrestling State Finals will be funded by the Illinois Wrestling Coaches and Officials Association (IWCOA).

"On behalf of the IESA Board of Directors and participating schools, we would like to thank the IWCOA for their generous support of IESA Wrestling" said IESA Executive Director Nicole Schaefbauer. "This group has been integral in sustaining wrestling programs across the state for over 40 years. We look forward to crowning champions in March."

Athletes from across the state are gearing up to compete in the Illinois Elementary School Association (IESA) state wrestling finals at the 41st annual State Wrestling Tournament held at the Convocation Center on the campus of Northern Illinois University in DeKalb on March 11-12.
