Chloe FrenchNormal Epiphany![]() Principal: Mr. Mike Lootens Chloe French credits her participation in interscholastic activities for helping her become a more well-rounded person. Her outstanding academic performance and other achievements have led to her selection as the Scholar Attitude Award winner for Board of Directors Division H.She participates in basketball, volleyball, and Scholastic Bowl, and says good sportsmanship has made these experiences more memorable and more enjoyable. “Although I may not always be the strongest player on the team, I make sure to integrate good sportsmanship by encouraging my teammates and always cheer from wherever I am, whether it be on the court or on the bench,” she says. She notes good sportsmanship is equally important in non-contact activities like Scholastic Bowl and chess. “We all have it in us to be good sports and make the game worthwhile,” she says. Chloe is understandably proud of taking high school math classes while still a junior high student and says earning good grades in high school Algebra I and high school geometry are her greatest achievements thus far. “I have put a lot of time and energy into these classes to do well,” says Chloe, who maintains a 4.0 GPA. “I’m very proud of my commitment in preparing for my future.” After high school, Chloe plans to study criminal justice in college and then enter law school. “I want to become a criminal prosecutor because I hope to make a difference in the world, and I love to argue,” she says. “This career helps right the wrongs in our world and finds justice for those who do not have a voice.” |
