Game Comments: In the Championship game, the Mustangs of Colfax Ridgeview faced off against the Indians of Lewistown Central. This was a back-and-forth battle from the tip. Grace Ward got the offensive attack started for the Mustangs sinking two 3 point baskets in the first quarter. Three-point baskets continued to fall in the second quarter but this time it was from the Indians' Anna Heffren and Kennedy Mayberry. This made it a two point game going into the half-time break. Balanced shooting from the team put the Mustangs up in the third. Sydney Shaeffer put up some tough defensive pressure late in the third quarter to start the momentum for the Indians. Then, Anna Heffren buried two 3-point baskets and the Indians went up. Grace Ward answered back for the Mustangs and then she capped off the lead with solid free-throw shooting. Ward led the Mustangs in scoring with 15 points. Sydney Shaeffer led the Indians with 12 points.
