Both teams started out pretty even. Trading baskets on both ends. The Mustangs started to push the lead behind the shooting of Grace Ward who dropped in 7 of her 16 points in the first quarter. Marissa Martin kept the game close for the Princes adding 6 of her 8 points in the first quarter. Chloe Ward hit a big 3 point basket in the second quarter for the Mustangs and Ridgeview closed out the first half with an 8 point lead. Grace Ward continued her hot shooting for the Mustangs in the third quarter. Brinlee Bauman answered by tossing in 4 points in the third quarter for the Princes. The Princes rallied early in the fourth quarter with Bauman hitting another 4 points. But the steady shooting of the Wards closed out the game for the Mustangs.
