Game Comments: The Championship game featured the Saints of Bloomington Holy Trinity against the Wolverines of Winchester. The Wolverines came out aggressively in the first quarter and quickly got an early lead. The Saints settled in on defense and chipped away at the lead. The press of the Saints frustrated the Wolverines and the Saints capitalized on the turnovers. The Saints headed in to the halftime with a lead from the sharpshooting of Addy Loeffler who scored 8 of her 16 points in the first half. In the second half, the Saints continued their stiffling press and combined some pressure on the boards. This took the Wolverines out of their rhythm. Hannah Cannon put up a 3 point shoot that gave the Wolverines a jolt of momentum before the clock ran out. Maddie Lashmett finished with 8 points for Winchester. Addy Loeffler finished with 16 points for the Saints.

Congratulations to both teams on outstanding seasons!
