Game Comments: In the Consolation game, the Wildcats of Kinderhook Western took on the Princes of Princeville. Both teams spent the first half working out the jitters. They traded baskets and defensive steals. They were about even going into the halftime break. Marissa Horton-Meza scored 7 of her 13 points in the first half for the Princes. Anna Melton scored 8 of her ten points in the first half for the Wildcats. In the second half, the Wildcats stepped up the pressure defense converting on the Princes turnovers. Horton-Meza kept up her scoring streak for the Princes but it was not enough to over come the deficit. Blair Borrowman got hot in the second half scoring 13 points for the Wildcats. The Princes were led by Marissa Horton-Meza with 13 points and Haley Holt with 6 points. The Wildcats were led by Blair Borrowman with 19 points, Anna Melton with 10 points, and Hannah Fry with 10 points.

Congratulations to both teams on outstanding seasons.
