Assumption Central A & M and Pleasant Plains would meet to decide the last spot in the title game. Central A & M jumped early and grabbed a 7-0 lead to start the game. Ali Pankey of Pleasant Plains scored a big basket in the first to keep them in the game. Ryan Dooley of Central A & M had a tremendous performance tonight. She sparked a run for Central A & M by scoring back to back baskets in the second quarter. Pleasant Plains would find their rhythm in the second quarter and it started with a great hustle play by Ali Pankey to stop a fast break. Shortly after that, it was Sam Kearney who had a great post move to give Pleasant Plains two points. The third quarter was a back and fourth battle and no one was willing to budge. Abigail Hilton of Central A & M started the second half with a quick layup. But momentum began to shift towards the end of the third with a 6-0 run by Pleasant Plains.
