THE IESA CORDIALLY INVITES YOU TO JOIN COLLEAGUES FROM ACROSS THE STATE FOR A GREAT DAY OF GOLF AND FUN. THIS IS AN OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU TO MEET AND PLAY GOLF WITH IESA MEMBER SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS, COACHES AND STAFF, AS WELL AS FRIENDS OF IESA.

THIS YEAR'S FORMAT INCLUDES:

• 18 HOLES OF GOLF--LIMITED TO THE FIRST 32 FOURSOMES
• SHOTGUN START--ALL GOLFERS WILL TEE OFF @ 8:30 a.m.
• REFRESHMENTS SERVED ON THE COURSE (water and soft drinks are complimentary, golfers pay for their own alcoholic beverages)
• 4 PLAYER BEST POSITION FORMAT
• CHANCE TO WIN A TRIP FOR 2 TO HAWAII, A SET OF IRONS AND/OR $200 AIRFARE ON AMERICAN AIRLINES

SCHEDULE OF THE DAY'S ACTIVITIES

The outing will once again be held at the newest course in Bloomington-The Den at Fox Creek. This course has received a four-star rating from Golf Digest. It is a beautiful course and will provide a great challenge to all. Please remember that no metal spikes are allowed on the course!

The entry fee is $65.00 per person or $260 per foursome. This includes your green fees, cart, special golf shirt, refreshments on the course, skins contest, and steak fry afterwards. Please fill out the form below to register online. Entries must be received by May 30. The field is limited to the first 32 foursomes. Only complete foursomes will be accepted. Single entries, twosomes, and threesomes will be put on a waiting list and will only be accommodated if space allows.
