| Game Comments: The Indians of Brimfield met up with the Raiders of Champaign St. Matthew in the last semi-final game of the night. The Indians got out to a quick start in the first half behind quick defense and the shooting of Kennedy Dura and Sara Rosecrans. Brimfield started out strong in the second half as well. Shayla McCormick knocked in 5 of her 9 points in the second half for Brimfield. Taylor Hire and Catie John both contributed second half points for the Raiders. Leading scorers for Brimfield were Kennedy Dura with 14 and Shayla McCormick with 9. The Raiders were led by Taylor Hire and Caroline Guebelle with 4. Congratulations to both teams. Champaign St. Matthew will play in the Consolation game on Thursday night. Brimfield will play in the Championship game on Thursday night. |
