Game Comments: The St. Joseph Panthers cruised to a 52-27 victory over the Dunlap Valley Spartans Saturday night and earned a spot in the championship game of the Class 3A tournament. The Panthers were in control throughout the game but the second quarter proved to be the decisive quarter as they outscored the Spartans 18-6.Bailey Dowling scored 10 of her game high 22 points in the second quarter. St. Joseph will now play in the championship game Thursday, December 17 at 7:30 p.m. while Dunlap Valley will play in the 3rd place game at 6:00 p.m. that same day. Batiya Butler led the Spartans with 12 points. Good luck to both teams on Thursday.
