Rally Scoring Timeouts

ATTENTION ALL IESA VOLLEYBALL COACHES

The IESA Office has received several calls this year concerning timeouts in the Rally Scoring Format. Since the IESA has now adopted Rally Scoring we will follow NFHS Rule 11 for timeouts.

NFHS Rule 11-2-3: Charge time-outs will last for a maximum of 60 seconds, unless both teams are ready to play. Each team is limited to two time-outs per game. Requests for additional time-outs shall be denied and the requesting team penalized.
