Game Comments: The defense for both teams held off scoring until the 4:50 mark in the first quarter when a free throw and a pair of 2-point field goals from 3 different St. Agnes players gave the Aces the lead. St. Agnes took a 9-0 lead in the 1st quarter until Havana responded with a 2-point field goal by #22 Krista Koke. The first quarter ended with St. Agnes taking a 13-2 lead. Havana's #24 Anissa Blakely sank a 3-point field goal with 1 minute left in the 2nd quarter to bring the score to 19-5; Havana's #20 Reese Smith followed with 2 points. St. Agnes responded with a 2-pointer to bring the 2nd quarter to a close with a lead of 21-7.

The third quarter began with a 3-pointer from St. Agnes' #12 Jillian Hulcher. Havana's #22 Krista Koke sank a 3-point field goal with 1:35 left in the third quarter to bring the score to 24-10, St. Agnes; a timeout was called by St. Agnes and the quarter drew to a close with Havana's #20 Reese Smith getting fouled on a 3-point attempt. Smith was 2 for 3 from the line and the quarter ended with St. Agnes in the lead. Havana and St. Agnes traded field goals to begin 4th quarter scoring - St. Agnes' #24 Sofia Lowis made 2 free throws to bring the score to 28-14 with 3:15 left in the game. A pair of 2-point field goals by St. Agnes' Jillian Hulcher and #20 Lilly Kerr advanced the Aces' lead by 18 points with 1:47 remaining. The last minute of the game brought a blocked shot by Havana's #30 Sydnie Lindner and St. Agnes moving on to the semifinal game at 5:00pm.
