Game Comments: Springfield Franklin remained unbeaten after narrowly defeating Mokena, 30-28, in the third quartefinal game of the tournament. Franklin, which will now advance to the second semi-final game Tuesday evening received a game-high 12 points from Alex Harden. Mokena had a a three point shot to win the game with 5 seconds remaining but unfortunately for the Meteors the ball bounced to the right side of the rim and ended a dream season for Mokena. Mokena suffered its only loss of the season which ends at 22-1. |
