The time schedule is 9:30 varsity girls, 10:00 varsity boys, 10:30 open girls, 11:00 open boys & 12:00 awards in the gym. Awards to the top 25 in each race, trophies to the top four teams in the varsity races, computer chip (tags)scoring.

Awards: Three trophies will be awarded to the Girls and Boys team at each level. Individual – 1st-25th place medallions in each division. An award ceremony will be held 30 minutes after conclusion of the boy’s race
Entry Fee: $50 per team or $10 per individual
Concessions: The Athens Booster Club will sponsor a concession stand at the meet.
